Graphiti Ranch Legrad

The Graffiti Ranch Legrad project was launched in 2012 on the initiative of Gordan Cvetnić, better known as Samir Utegurovich from Legrad, with the support of the well-known and respected street art artist Slaven Kosanović, better known as Lunar.

The aim of this project was to develop urban culture, enrich the space in smaller areas with artistic solutions, prevent vandalism on public facades and buildings, and encourage international cooperation of street art artists. In the last six years, Legrad has gained a completely new look, and through art street painting has become an interesting destination for visitors, especially the younger population. Street art artists have thus enriched many neglected and damaged objects, and breathed new life into them with paints, but also done a good deed since before applying the paint the surface had to be prepared in some way, and minor defects such as patching were repaired on many objects. hole and the like. On the other hand, the project involved many individuals from visitors to locals.

In the future, the plan is to organize a graffiti camp where young people would be taught art and warned about vandalism. Also, it is planned to launch permanent exhibitions and create graffiti themed routes.
